Nearby is the beach of Xanemo, one of the most beautiful northern Skiathos beaches.

Xanemos Beach is only 1,5 km away from our studios and there you can also find a beach bar that servers beverages and snacks all day long. The rest of Skiathos beaches are about 10 to 5 minutes away by car.

Our studios are not easily approached on foot and a car is necessary. There are special car rental rates for all our customers.

Skiathos airport is actually in front of us and airplane lovers will have the chance to admire a lot of take offs and landings from their balcony. Noice is not an issue as we are far away and also because the last flight is before sunset.
